This Privacy Policy explains how hispeech.ai, a product of BlueNeyron LLC ("Company", "we", "us" or "our"), collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our mobile applications, website, and API services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

• Account Information: We collect your email address for registration and login. Every user has an account to access the Service.
• Audio/Video Data: When you upload or record audio or video files, they may be temporarily stored on our servers to provide speech-to-text and video subtitling services.
• Generated Transcriptions and Subtitles: Text and subtitle files generated from your uploaded or recorded content may be stored until you delete them.
• Secure Mode Data:
  • In web or mobile apps, transcriptions and related data are deleted as soon as you close the appropriate window or screen.
  • For API usage, data is deleted after the first access or after a time-to-live (TTL) specified in your API call (default: 900 seconds).
  • When subtitles are created in Secure Mode, audio, video, and subtitle-related information may be saved for up to one (1) day before automatic deletion.
• Usage Data: We may collect anonymous technical and usage information such as device type, operating system, IP address, browser type, and aggregated usage statistics to improve the Service.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide speech-to-text, video subtitling, and related services.
• Enable export and sharing of transcriptions and subtitles (.srt, .ass, .txt and video with embedded subtitles).
• Allow secure access to the Service via API key and manage daily usage limits (credits).
• Improve, monitor, and secure the Service.
• Communicate with you about updates, support, and (with your consent) promotional content.

• By default, your audio, video, and transcription files may be stored on our servers until you explicitly delete them, except.
• In Secure Mode, data is deleted as described above (web/mobile: on window/screen close; API: after first access or TTL).
• When subtitles are created in Secure Mode, audio, video, and related information may be retained for one (1) day only.
• We may periodically delete stored data without prior notice to free up server space.
• We may retain anonymized and aggregated usage statistics for analytical purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or provide your personal information, audio, or video data to any third party.

We may share other necessary information only in the following cases:

• With your consent.
• For legal reasons, such as complying with applicable laws, regulations, or government requests.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload or record any audio or video content you provide to hispeech.ai. We are not liable for any misuse, including uploading copyrighted or private materials without the owner’s permission.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service online and accessible. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or inconvenience caused if the Service is temporarily or permanently offline.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we continually work to enhance data protection.
